The website www.gardenz.ae is operated by GardenZ, which is legally registered as GardenZ Harvest Foodstuff Trading LLC. All purchases made through this website are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page and will apply as soon as they are posted. Please check this page regularly to stay updated.
2. Who Can Use Our Website
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or register on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally allowed to enter into contracts in the United Arab Emirates.
Your order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from GardenZ.
3. Prices and Delivery Charges
The price you pay is the one shown at the time of placing your order and when you order by weight or volume, you will be charged based on the actual quantity delivered.
4. Offers and Promotions
Sometimes, we may offer discounts or special promotions. These offers follow the same Terms and Conditions.
We can change or stop any offer at any time without notice.
If a refund is needed for a promotional product, it will be based on the offer price, not the original price.
5. Payment
You can pay using Visa or MasterCard online, or choose cash on delivery.
We only accept payments in UAE Dirhams.
If payment is not successful, your order may be cancelled.
We do not store your card details, and all transactions are secure.
6. Product Availability and Substitutes
Products are subject to availability. We may limit the quantity of certain items if needed.
If something is out of stock, we may offer a similar product as a substitute. You can refuse the substitute during delivery.
We are not responsible if an item is not available due to supplier issues.
We do not deliver to any country or individual under international or UAE sanctions.
Multiple orders going to the same address may be delivered together or separately based on your request.
7. Home Delivery
We will deliver your order to the address you gave when placing your order. If you need to change the address, please contact us quickly. While we try to deliver on time, delays can happen due to things beyond our control. If there is a delay, we will contact you to reschedule.
If you are not available to receive your order and we have no instructions, you may still be charged for perishable items and delivery. You can reject substitute items at the time of delivery if you do not want them.
8. Collection Orders
If you choose to collect your order from a collection point, it is your responsibility to pick it up at the agreed time.
If you do not collect your order, you may still be charged for perishable items and any delivery charges.
You can reject substitute items at the time of collection.
9. Cancelling or Changing Orders
To change or cancel your order, please contact us by phone or email before 12:00 PM the day before your scheduled delivery or collection.
To cancel a recurring or standing order, you must send an email at least 24 hours before the next order is sent.
If you cancel an online paid order, a cancellation fee of AED 30 will be applied.
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment and may take up to 10 working days.
10. Product Issues and Returns
Please check your items when you receive them. If something is wrong, damaged, or missing, let us know immediately.
We will replace or refund items that are faulty, incorrect, or not in good condition.
If you report a problem more than 24 hours after delivery, especially for fresh or perishable items, we may not be able to accept the return.
11. Your Information and Privacy
We only collect the personal information needed to complete your order and provide service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with other companies.
All payment and personal details are handled safely and follow UAE laws.
12. Cancelling Your Account
We may cancel or block your account if you misuse our website or do not follow our Terms and Conditions.
13. Legal and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions follow the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any issues or disputes related to the website or our service will be handled by the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
