1. Introduction
The website www.gardenz.ae is operated by GardenZ Harvest Foodstuff Trading LLC, Dubai, UAE.
All purchases made through this website are governed by these Terms & Conditions. We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes take effect immediately once published on this page.
2. Who Can Use Our Website
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or register on our website. By ordering, you confirm you are legally permitted to enter into contracts in the UAE.
Your order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message from GardenZ.
3. Prices & Delivery Charges
The price you pay is the price shown at checkout at the time of ordering.
For items sold by weight or volume, the final charge may reflect the actual quantity delivered.
4. Offers & Promotions
Promotions and discounts are subject to these Terms & Conditions and may change or be withdrawn without notice.
If a refund applies to a promotional item, it will be calculated based on the discounted value, not the original price.
5. Payment
Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, or Cash on Delivery. All payments must be made in UAE Dirhams (AED).
- Failed transactions may result in order cancellation.
- We do not store card details. All transactions are processed securely.
6. Product Availability & Substitutes
- All products depend on availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities if required.
- If an item is unavailable, we may offer a similar substitute, which you may accept or reject at delivery.
- We cannot guarantee availability for supplier-related shortages.
- We do not deliver to any country or individual under UAE or international sanctions.
- Multiple orders for the same address may be delivered together unless you request otherwise.
7. Home Delivery
- Your order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us immediately.
- While we aim to deliver on schedule, delays may occur for reasons outside our control. We will inform you if rescheduling is needed.
- If you are not available to receive your order, you may still be charged for perishable items and delivery fees.
- You may reject substitute items at the moment of delivery.
8. Collection Orders
- If you choose collection, it is your responsibility to pick up the order at the agreed time.
- Uncollected perishable items may still incur charges.
- You may reject substitute items at collection.
9. Cancelling or Changing Orders
- To cancel or modify an order, contact us before 12:00 PM on the day before delivery or collection.
- Standing or recurring orders require a written cancellation email at least 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery.
- Online paid orders cancelled by the customer will incur a AED 30 cancellation fee.
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days.
10. Product Issues & Returns
- Please check your items upon delivery. Report any issues immediately.
- We will refund or replace items that are damaged, incorrect, or not in acceptable condition.
- Returns reported after 24 hours may not be accepted, especially for fresh or perishable items.
11. Privacy & Personal Information
We collect only the personal information required to complete your order and provide service.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
All personal and payment data is protected in accordance with UAE regulations.

12. Product Descriptions and Wording
Product titles and descriptions may be updated from time to time for clarity and compliance. Where applicable, we may use wording such as cage-free eggs in place of other terms.
13. Cancelling Your Account
Your account may be restricted or deleted if the website is misused or if these Terms & Conditions are violated.
14. Legal & Dispute Resolution
These Terms follow the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
All disputes will be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE.
