1. Free Delivery Across UAE
We offer free delivery across the United Arab Emirates for all orders of AED 300 or more.
Typical delivery time is 1 to 3 working days.
2. Delivery Charges for Orders Below AED 300
If your order is below AED 300, the following delivery charges apply:
- Dubai: AED 20
- Sharjah: AED 20
- Ajman: AED 30
- Abu Dhabi: AED 40
- Ras Al Khaimah: AED 50
- Fujairah: AED 50
- Umm Al Quwain: AED 50
3. Delivery Time Frame
Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 working days, depending on location and product availability.
For temperature-sensitive items, we use chiller delivery practices to support freshness for organic eggs and honey.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
5. Delivery Address
Please provide a correct and complete address. GardenZ is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
6. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you may receive an email or SMS with delivery updates, depending on the service used for your order.
7. Failed Deliveries
If you are not available at the scheduled time, contact us to reschedule.
Additional delivery charges may apply if a second trip is required.
8. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests for products that are:
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Not as described
Fresh and perishable items must be reported on the same day.
All other products must be reported within 24 hours.
9. How to Request a Return
Email us at info@gardenz.ae with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

- What went wrong
- Photos (if needed)
10. Return Conditions
If a return is approved, items should be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In the same condition as delivered
We may refuse returns if items are opened, used, or tampered with.
11. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Refund processing time is typically up to 10 working days.
12. Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for:
- Organic eggs (including cage-free eggs)
- Raw honey
- Any opened or partially used items
