Shipping & Return Policy

1. Free Delivery Across UAE

We offer free delivery across the United Arab Emirates for all orders of AED 300 or more.

Expected delivery time: 1 to 3 working days.

2. Delivery Charges (Orders Below AED 300)

If your order is below AED 300, the following rates apply:

• Dubai: AED 20
• Sharjah: AED 20
• Ajman: AED 30
• Abu Dhabi: AED 40
• Ras Al Khaimah: AED 50
• Fujairah: AED 50
• Umm Al Quwain: AED 50

3. Delivery Time Frame

Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 working days, depending on location and product availability.

Chiller vans maintain ~4°C for safe transport of organic eggs and honey.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

5. Delivery Address

Please provide a correct and complete address. GardenZ is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

6. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking updates.

7. Failed Deliveries

If you are not available at the scheduled time, please contact us to reschedule.

Additional delivery charges may apply.

8. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for products that are:

• Damaged
• Incorrect
• Not as described

Fresh and perishable items must be reported on the same day.

All other products must be reported within 24 hours.

9. How to Request a Return

Email us at info@gardenz.ae with:

• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos (if applicable)

10. Return Conditions

Items must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• In the same condition as delivered

We may refuse returns if items are opened, used or tampered with.

11. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Processing time: up to 10 working days.

12. Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

• Organic free-range eggs
• Raw honey
• Any opened or partially used items
