Shipping and Return Policy

We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and with care. Please read our shipping and return policy to understand how we handle deliveries and returns across the UAE.


Shipping Policy


1. Free Delivery
We offer free delivery across the United Arab Emirates for all orders of AED 300 or more.
Delivery is usually made within 1 to 3 working days from the date your order is confirmed.


2. Delivery Charges for Orders Below AED 300
If your order value is less than AED 300, the following delivery charges apply:

Dubai, AED 20 per order
Sharjah, AED 20 per order
Ajman, AED 30 per order
Abu Dhabi, AED 40 per order
Ras Al Khaimah, AED 50 per order
Fujairah, AED 50 per order
Umm Al Quwain, AED 50 per order


3. Delivery Time Frame
We aim to deliver all orders within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the location and product availability.


4. Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched on working days, Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


5. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete. GardenZ is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details to help you monitor your delivery status.


7. Failed Deliveries
If you are unavailable to receive your order at the scheduled time, please contact us immediately to arrange a new delivery.
Additional delivery charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries.


Return and Refund Policy


1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns if the products are delivered damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
Fresh and perishable items must be reported on the same day of delivery. Other products must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.


2. How to Request a Return
If you need to request a return, please contact our customer service team by email at sales@gardenz.ae within the allowed time frame. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if possible.


3. Return Conditions
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is found to be used, opened, or tampered with.


4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
Refunds may take up to 10 working days depending on your bank or card provider.


5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on the following:
Fresh food, organic free-range eggs, raw honey, or any opened or partially consumed products.
